Reviving the Sunnah of Tahiyyat al-Wuḍūʾ and the Virtues of Wuḍūʾ
The sunnah of Tahiyyat al-Wuḍūʾ, a two-unit prayer after ablution, was a habit of Bilāl (RA) that earned him a high status in Jannah. Additionally, remaining in a state of wuḍūʾ throughout the day, sleeping with wuḍūʾ, and reciting the supplications after ablution carry immense rewards. This article explores the virtues of wuḍūʾ, the forgotten Sunnahs surrounding it, and why we should strive to revive them in our daily lives.
